Word clouds have proved a useful tool for a basic overview of the main emphases of a writing; I've used those here before for snapshots of various books of the Bible. I thought I'd break back into the topic of comparative religion with a word cloud of the Tao Te Ching.

cool, which translation did you use?
ReplyDeleteI can't believe I didn't link the translation. I believe it was one of the on-line freebies, but not sure which.
ReplyDeleteI'm going to have to re-do this project some night with a few of the online translations. When I get the same stats I'll know which one it must have been ...
I'd really like to see it done in Chinese & then translated ... but that's outside my skill set.
